The following policies are non-exhaustive and governed by common sense above all else. Please feel free to reach out for clarification.
Damage Policy
We ensure your phone will be functional and in the state we promised upon repair completion. Exceptions are made per our existing damage policy.
Existing Damage Policy
Any additional damage beyond the contracted repair will be quoted separately. If this damage cannot be mitigated, we will halt the repair until we receive your approval. If undisclosed pre-existing damage causes further damage to the device or parts during repair, and we can prove it, the client will be responsible for the additional damage.
Parts Policy
We use parts that meet our quality standards, whether ordered by us or provided by the client. If a part has quality issues and the repair was quoted with a quality part in mind, we will replace it with a better one. For express or economical repairs, part quality issues are not covered by our warranty. However, we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if possible. Our prices reflect the cost of the repair offset by the value of the broken part to us. If you wish to keep the broken component after we install a new one, your quoted price may change to reflect the lost value. We do not guarantee the condition of parts removed from the phone that were already damaged.
Timeline Policy
Repair timelines depend on parts availability and current repair workload. We perform all repairs as soon as possible and do not offer rush pricing for most repairs. Timelines may be subject to delays beyond our control.
