Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated or superseded by a subsequent point, all items are covered under the basic Free Range Tech service warranty, which is detailed in our repair policy. If there is any conflict between the policies, this policy will stand.

Not-as-described

Items that are not as described may be returned in as-received condition, in whole, for a refund within 14 days of purchase or within 7 days of receipt, whichever is longer.

Non-returnable Items

Items marked final sale or similar are not returnable. This policy supersedes all above. If you have issues, you are still welcome to reach out to help@freerangetech.com.

Return Process

Email help@freerangetech.com to request a return arrangement. Generally, return shipping will be your responsibility in lieu of a traditional "restocking" fee.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of your return. We reserve the right to adjust the refund amount after assessment of the return if there is damage or inconsistency with the shipped product.
